LeRonne Riddick-Seals is an attorney, advisor and consultant in commercial real estate development and construction. His practice has included the representation of commercial construction project owners, commercial and residential real estate developers, general contractors and subcontractors that involved nearly all aspects of the contracting process, from drafting to collections, to include both the prosecution and defense of claims related to the construction process and the end product.
Currently, Mr. Riddick-Seals’ practice serves small and medium-sized commercial general contractors and subcontractors as outside general counsel, providing legal advice across several disciplines, to include contract development and negotiation, joint venture structuring, and risk management/mitigation. Mr. Riddick-Seals also provides consulting and advisory services in government affairs, business development and stakeholder engagement. His consulting practice includes the design, implementation and management of equal business opportunity programs for commercial development and construction teams pursuing P-3 relationships for the development or repurposing of public property.
A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Mr. Riddick Seals earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Faulkner University in Montgomery, and his juris doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law. He also holds an advanced certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development and Reuse from Georgia Tech.
Mr. Riddick-Seals currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Debora, and their two children, Madeline and Samuel.
