With flexible layouts, premium amenities, and a one-of-a-kind setting, the Front Porch offers a fresh perspective on what an event venue can be—stylish, relaxed, and uniquely yours.
Our rooftop venue offers sweeping skyline views and an open-air atmosphere, perfect for celebrations, receptions, corporate gatherings, or creative productions. The space is ideal for bringing your group together in a one-of-a-kind setting that blends fresh air, historic surroundings, and modern amenities. The rooftop features flexible layout options for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or ceremonies, along with a built-in bar and versatile seating arrangements. Located in the Historic Sweet Auburn District, it’s just steps away from the Martin Luther King, Jr. Birth Home, the King Center, Georgia State University, and many other cultural landmarks. Several paid public parking lots are within a block for guest convenience.

Cocktail / Reception
Ideal: 60–70% seating for comfort.
For 270 guests → 160–190 seats (mix of lounge + dining, bar counts toward total).
High tops: 1 per 12–15 guests.
We own 10 (good for ~120–150 guests).
For 270 → 18–22 high tops → rent 8–12 more.
Add 8–12 low cocktail tables for plates & glassware.
Bar seating counts toward total seated.
Ceremony / Theater
Max seating: 264 chairs + 6 ADA spaces (bar stools can be used for overflow).
Maintain 5–6 ft center aisle & 36″ cross aisles for comfort & accessibility.
Our On-Hand Inventory
Rounds: 7 × 4-ft (48″) rounds (seats 5–6 each)
Banquet Tables: 6 × 8′ × 30″ (seats 8–10 each)
High Tops: 10 × 3′ square
Built-In Bar: Seats 4–5
Chairs: As available (rentals required for large counts)
Planning Tips
Every 8’×8′ footprint (bar, DJ, photo booth, buffet) displaces one 8–10 seat table.
If expecting ~20 staff/vendors onsite, cap guest list at ~250 to meet the 270 total limit.
We recommend 220–240 guests for a comfortable full-service event with a dance floor, bar, and catering stations.
